Gentle vocals caress quaint acoustic guitar and soft synth drums, creating a quiet, yet potent atmosphere. Savage sings of insecurities, sexual desire, and finding self worth in the midst of an inconsistent love affair. This album leaves a strong impression through its growling intimacy, but falls off in instrumental attentiveness in some of the later tracks.
