clust.r - ever chance

Smart Aggregations of Soft Glitch Make for Spellbound Nostalgia

Akin to the artists' stage name, the thirty minute record excels in creating clusters of warm electronics. Locked in a comforting pallet of lo-fi production, snappy Pop progressions exude a captivating nostalgia for the internet age.

Fuzzy synthesizers, soft basslines, grating kicks, and timely glitches usher in a dynamic, yet quite cozy atmosphere. The vocals on the album are a bit unrefined, managing to standout immaturely, even in particularly lo-fi assemblies. However, this crudeness frequently lends itself to a greater easement that the record gives off in troves.

All in all, ever chance is an exceptional mix of low value electronic production, making the most out of its assets through memorable refrains and evocative glitch environments.
