The Sludge Metal Duo, Full of Hell and Primitive Man Fill the Brain with Slimy Grindings of Enormous Noise, Drone, Ambient and Doom Liquidation.
Split into two parts, Suffocating Hallucination begins as a truly massive source of meaty drone, thick distortion and impenetrable doom rhythm. The second half focuses more on dark ambiance and a calamitous airy tone. Where this album is conflicting in its style, the two metal bands mix graciously in the final track, showing how brutally devastating the combo can be. Overall, the two bands manage to create an engrossing sound scape, at the sacrifice of continuity.
